Compliance – complaints and reports

Use this form to submit a complaint or a report of a suspected breach of the law, of the Code of Conduct or of the policies of MAROX s.r.o. – concerning human rights and working conditions, the environment or business ethics (corruption, conflicts of interest, falsified records, etc.). It is open to employees, suppliers, customers and anyone else. Reports may be submitted anonymously.

How it works

• Your report is received by the complaints officer, Ing. Roman Lacko, Managing Director, and his deputy, Ing. Mária Kováčová, Quality and EHS Manager.
• If you give contact details, receipt is confirmed within 5 working days. The investigation normally takes up to 30 days; you are informed of the outcome in writing. An appeal may be lodged within 15 working days with the Managing Director Ing. Martin Kováč.
• Your identity is kept confidential. MAROX s.r.o. prohibits any retaliation against a person who reports in good faith.
