ALPHA® and KESTER solder pastes

ALPHA® offers a whole range of technologically advanced solder pastes developed to provide high throughput, return and production cost reduction for a wide range of applications. This range includes high quality lead-free, rinse-free, halogen-free solder pastes for applications such as fine pitch paste application, low temperature process and many others.  Alpha® solder pastes are available in a variety of alloys, including low silver SACX Plus®, which allow for excellent soldering with the price of the alloy being approximately 30% lower than the price of SAC305 alloy. SACX Plus® alloys are also available for ALPHA® soldering rods, fittings (preforms), flux-cored wire and solid wire and BGA balls, which guarantees alloy compatibility and stronger solder joints. Alpha's® solder pastes are adapted to the unique processes of our customers, as well as to the demanding environmental regulations that they have to comply with.

Alpha solder pastes are used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCB) for a wide range of applications, including electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets, computer boards, consumer electronics, network servers, automotive systems, medical and military equipment, and many more.
